1. First you have to avoid junk foods and eat simple home food.

2. Take Rawas fish at least one time once a week and if you are vegeterian then take Rajma in a week.
3. Use reverse triangle method means after running or workout eat heavy food in morning and slightly less in noon and in night eat less ( try to take more protien in night)
