1.First sure that your balance diet is good and you take proper workout according to your body.Do proper workout.

2.After wakeup in morning you have to take one or half spoon of desi cow ghee / cow ghee according to your digesting capacity.

3.You have to follow Brahmacharya path at least one month to get better results and you definitely feel miracle changes in your body.After following this path your confidence level is on peak.
